Recreation Boone Trail Baptist Church is a growing church outside Johnson City, TN that is striving to use recreation to reach the lost for Christ. We are constantly striving to find ways to welcome our community into the Boone Trail family.
Our motto is "A Family for Your Family". We will be striving to build this web site in the coming weeks to provide information to the public and our people about the ministries of Boone Trail.

Play By The Rules
2 Timothy 2:5 says: “Similarly, if anyone competes as an athlete, he does not receive the victor’s crown, unless he competes according to the rules.”
This is one of my favorite verses. It reminds us not only in the Christian life, but in competition that the rules are important. In the spiritual life, the rules of God are the essence of what we hold to for accuracy. In the sports world, the rules are just as important. Abiding by rules is vital for competition. In both worlds, it is vital that we know the rules to abide by them. In our Christian lives, it is vital that we read and understand the Word of God so that we can live according to God’s rules. In competition, it is important that we read and understand the rules of the games we are playing. Be a victor!
