Dr. Randal Helms became the Senior Pastor of Boone Trail Baptist Church on September 28th, 2008. He and Ivy have been married 29 years, and have 2 adult children, Joshua and Amber.
Jeff Connell - Pastor - Families & Administration  Email JeffJeff has served in family life and administration at Boone Trail since January 2003. He is married to Kim and they have three boys - Cody, Kevin and Kirby. Jeff grew up in Georgia and has served in churches throughout Georgia as Minister of Youth, Education, and Senior Pastor.
Kim is a Middle School teacher in Bluff City, TN. She enjoys photography and reading Karen Kingsbury and other Christian authors.
Cody, Kevin, and Kirby are very involved in sports. Cody is attending ETSU. Kevin is a student at Daniel Boone High School. Kirby is a student at Gray Elementary.
Jeff received his Bachelors of Business Administration from Albany State University. He received his Masters of Divinity from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He is presently working on his Doctorate of Ministry from Liberty University Seminary.
Jeff enjoys sports, outdoors, and woodworking.
Wayne Bledsoe - Pastor - Adults & Education Email WayneWayne was hired in 2006 as Minister of Adults and Education. Wayne is married to Mona and they have two daughters, Jordan and Jada.
Tracy Pigford - Pastor - Worship and Senior Adults Email TracyTracy came onboard in December 2003. He is married to Talitha and they have a son, Aaron and a daughter, Marlene’. He has served in ministry since 1989.

Born in Richmond, VA, Ryan is a graduate of Liberty University where he was a Religion & Youth Ministry major. It was at Liberty that he met his wife Brittany, and the two were married on August 5, 2000. Upon graduation from Liberty, Ryan served in two other churches over a 6 year period and has been with our team since June 1, 2006. Ryan is currently pursuing his Masters in Christian Leadership from Liberty Theological Seminary. He and Brittany have one son, Elisha Daniel. Contact Ryan Epps
Ryan enjoys writing, football, softball, disc golf, fishing, golfing, spending time with his family, and hanging out with students!
 
Dathan joined the Ministry Team at Boone Trail on July 2, 2007. Dathan has a Bachelors degree in Communications from Middle Tennessee State University. He is just a few credit hours from his Master's of Arts in Children's Ministry from Liberty Theological Seminary. He is married to Sarah Beth, and they have a daughter, Hallie Grace.
Leslie Rogers has been a member of Boone Trail since 2003. She is married to Jeff Rogers and has a preschooler of her own, Zoe. Leslie has a bachelor’s degree in Special Education from East Tennessee State University.
