While we firmly believe the most important function of the church is Sunday morning worship, we also want to encourage fellowship in every season of life throughout the week!
Below, you can find some upcoming events that may interest you and your family. We would love to see you join us!
Evangelism Conference
We are hosting an Evangelism Conference on September 25 & 26. Boone Trail Missionaries Jason and Sarah Tierney will lead the training to equip you in evangelism and the BCM Band will lead in worship. There will be a 2-part training as follows:
Friday night from 6-8:30 pm
Saturday morning from 9 am to 12:20
Afterward, on Saturday at 1:00 pm we will put our training into action with an Evangelistic Outreach at ETSU. Email or call to RSVP if you will need childcare.

Ark Encounter & Creation Museum Trip
Sign up at the Welcome Desk by September 13th if you would like to join the trip to visit the Ark Encounter & Creation Museum planned for October 12 & 13. If we get a group of 15+, there will be a group discount. There is a flyer at the Welcome Desk with detailed information and prices listed. Please see Peggy Mock for any questions.
Women's Retreat
We are very excited to present the 2026 Women's Retreat, "Friends and Sisters"! We will leave the church together on Friday, October 23, and kick off the weekend with a delicious meal followed by a session and some fun! The retreat will be held at The Camp at Buffalo Mountain.
Saturday, we will jump right into sessions, along with games, small group discussions, music, and activities.
Sunday morning, we will share a devotional and breakfast before making our way to BTBC for church.
As the authors of the book by the same title say, "we'll mine the depths of God's Word as we learn to live, care for, honor, support, and spiritually invest in one another...as we consider the two-fold purpose of our friendships within the body of Christ."
The cost will be around $100 each, which will include food, lodging, and a book for the study.

Paint & Praise Party
Boone Trail Ladies…
Join us on April 9 at our Paint and Praise Party. Everyone attending will be learning to paint this adorable spring painting. The cost is $15, and this covers the cost of the painting supplies.
Please RSVP by March 29 so that we will have enough supplies for everyone. Contact the church office or sign up at the Welcome Desk. If you have any questions, see Andrea Smith.
AWANA Grand Prix
Please have finished cars submitted for weighting and balancing by Wednesday, April 1 so they can be track-ready by April 8!
Family Easter Celebration
Join us for a Family Easter Celebration on Saturday, April 4th at 12 noon. We’ll have a cookout, games, and an Easter egg hunt.
East TN Disaster Relief Training
BTBC will host the East TN Disaster Relief Training event for the Tennessee Baptist Mission Board. The dates are Friday night March 13 at 5:30 PM through Saturday March 14 at 3:00 PM. This event is for those who want to be trained and qualified to participate with Baptist Disaster Relief projects. If you would like to participate in the training event, please register using the link below. Please pre-register by March 9.

A Christmas Reserved for Christ
Celebrate the birth of Jesus with an indoor nativity and a worship service with music and a unique dramatic presentation of the Holy Night.

Thanksgiving Fellowship Dinner Potluck
After sharing a full Thanksgiving meal together, we will share in the Lord’s Supper together, focused on thanking God for all His gracious provisions for us this year!
Fall Festival + Trunk or Treat!
Fun for the Whole Family!
Bring your family and friends for kid-friendly activities, a create-your-own candy apple station, and (of course) CANDY!
Themed trunks will be decorated in the parking lot, with a variety of booths inside our gym. In case of inclement weather, all activities will be held indoors.
Vote for your favorite trunk so they can win a special prize at the end of the night!

Homecoming
This year Boone Trail Baptist Church marks a significant milestone-- 50+ years of faith, service, and fellowship. Our church has served as a beacon of hope, love, and spiritual growth for countless people over the years.
Sunday Morning, September 21 Worship Service at 10:45 am
Rev. Ira Cunningham, one of our former pastors, will join us for homecoming weekend and will be our guest speaker! Arrive early to enjoy a reception with Rev. Cunningham in the Welcome Center. Coffee and pastries will be served.

Women's Ministry Brunch
Ladies, you are invited to a Women’s Ministry Brunch in The Shed! Join us for our first Women’s' Ministry meeting on August 23 at 10 AM in The Shed. We will enjoy a wonderful time of food, fellowship, and service. We will be making cards for the ELC, so if you have scrapbook or card-making supplies that you aren't using, feel free to bring them.

AWANA Kick-Off
Join us for another great year of AWANA as we learn God’s Word, make new friends, and have fun!
Parents’ Meeting at 6:30pm followed by registration, games, and snacks.
Rotary Park Splash Pad & Potluck
We’re going to have a SPLASH at Rotary Park on Wednesday, August 6th! The pavilion behind the splash pad has been reserved from 4-9pm. There will be a potluck dinner at 6:30pm. Sign-up for the potluck is on the Perfect Potluck link here.
